Refund policy

At Marezza, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Also, we welcome customer feedback, regardless of the reason. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

There are two options how to initiate return or exchange:

  • To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at info@marezza.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.

  • We offer FREE return shipping within the European Union. Outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Returns should be sent to our return address Ujezd 427/28, Prague 1, 11800 Czech Republic. Full details will be provided upon approval of your return request.

  • You can also fill-in this Notice of withdrawal from the sales contract to start the return or exchange.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with EU regulations. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@marezza.com.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

  • We will cover the return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items and offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Additional Information

  • Marezza is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Items that do not meet our return criteria will not be accepted and may be sent back at the customer's expense.
