All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

  • Domestic Shipping (with the Czech Republic): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on the country of delivery.

Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. Shipping is typically handled by DHL and their partners such as PPL and GLS.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with their shipment.
